Our Services, Your School
Passion for Learning provide a wide range of very bespoke services that we develop in partnership with our beneficiaries and the many wonderful volunteers, schools and businesses that support us. We know that ‘one size does not fit all’ so we are always happy to speak to individuals and organisations to try and find a way to help.
1:1
​
Our community volunteers provide support for children who are struggling with a very wide range of issues that are often impacting on their well-being and learning. Their wonderful sessions are completely bespoke and start with the child’s own interests and motivations. The volunteers have books, games, art and craft activities and much besides to engage and motivate the children and make them feel special.
Enrichment Clubs

We run a number of after school clubs that give children, chosen by our partner schools, a really exciting and imaginative range of activities to open their eyes to the opportunities around them. As always, the activities are bespoke and respond to the children’s own interests giving them the chance to grow in confidence and develop the skills that they need to be happy and fulfil their potential.
Workshops & Experiences

We work with schools to identify the experiences and workshops that will address areas of need or complement the work that children are doing in school. From interactive workshops to bring the Ancient Egyptians to life through to an exciting, confidence building day with a pirate, we provide unique, imaginative solutions to developing the social, emotional and academic skills and knowledge that support children’s learning.
Events
​
Our events are always designed to address a specific area of need in the most engaging, interactive and imaginative way. Our Careers Carnival provides a truly exceptional experience for around 300 children opening their eyes to the world of work in a totally innovative event. Our ‘Book Banquet’ brings picture books to life, immersing some our youngest children in a number of books and sending them away with one to keep.
Trips
​
Our mission is to show children as much of the world as possible. Our minibus is always taking groups somewhere to see local businesses, to enjoy nature play, to eat in a local restaurant, to buy their snacks in a supermarket and so much more. Our bigger trips take children to the beach, forest, farms and interactive attractions.
Community Support
​
We are always keen to get out in the community and we provide a variety of fun sessions for families at community events. We always do something special at Christmas and during school holidays and our wonderful new resource centre in Ellesmere Port is a great venue for children of all ages. Once a week we have sessions for parents and our youngest children where we offer tea and snacks, a warm and supportive welcome and fun for the little ones.
